WINTER BREW BREWERIES
Winter Brew is dedicated to showcasing Chicago's local breweries and providing an opportunity for attendees to chat with brewers. During the event you'll have over two dozen local craft beers to choose from, plus warm beverages featuring local distillers.
Specialty tapped beers will occur throughout the weekend on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Green Post
Beverage Station
♦ Blonde Ale (5.4% ABV) - Brewed with local honey sourced from Heritage Prairie Farm in Elburn, IL. It has a clean, faint bitterness and features a subtly sweet fermentation character accentuated by the honey.
MAPLEWOOD BREWERY & DISTILLERY
♦ Fat Pug Oatmeal Milk Stout (5.9% ABV) - Complex yet mellow notes of dark chocolate and coffee, rounded out with sweetness provided by lactose.
♦ Charlatan Pale Ale (6.1% ABV) - Fresh citrus flavors with mild earthy pine notes.♦ Gummolicious Hazy IPA (6.0% ABV) - Description TBA.
♦ Northman Hopped Cider (6.4% ABV) - Aromas of citrus fruit, purple flower. In he mouth notes of grapefruit and fresh lemon with a lively acidity that leaves you wanting another sip. The finish is mildly floral with apples shining through.
♦ URSA Major (6.2% ABV) - A working class beer with a hefty grain bill, including Bohemian Dark, Munich, and Chocolate malts, lends complex dark flavors.
♦ Oni Dry Hopped Lager (5.9% ABV) - Brewed with a lager grain bill, dry-hopped with Citra & Amarillo & fermented with a clean lager yeast for a hop-forward, crisp year-round lager.♦ Scarlet Fire Irish Red Ale - A nice balance of malt sweetness from caramel malt and subtle toasty notes from roasted barley.

Beverage Station
♦ Eiderdown Hazy IPA (6% ABV)- Named after the softest bedding, Eiderdown is a delicately soft Hazy IPA. Hopped with El Dorado & HS17701, a new experimental hop from Hopsteiner.
♦ Bamberger Rauchbier (5% ABV)- A classic smoked Bamberg-style lager. made mostly with smoked malts to give a rich flavor, straight from the campfire.
♦ Fredeunfreude Vienna-style Lager (5% ABV)- A Vienna-style Lager brewed with Vienna, Munich and Pilsner malts. Bready with a touch of toast, but still light bodied and incredibly drinkable.
♦ Harrumph! Porter (5.8% ABV)- A rich, slightly toasty porter built on a body of chocolate, rye & caramel malt. I didn't get a Harrumph outta that guy! .♦ Helles Lager (4.4% ABV) - A Munich-style light lager. Malty, floral, refreshing.
♦ Hefeweizen (4.8% ABV) A Bavarian-style wheat beer. Banana-clove, effervescent, sunny.
♦ Vienna Lager (5.1% ABV) - Copper in color, with a warm, malty character, it's made with 100% Vienna malt and Styrian Golding hops. Rich, caramel-toned, inviting (Pouring on Sunday).♦ Riwakamania (6.5% ABV)- India Pale Ale hopped with Riwaka and Simcoe.
♦ Sauvin (7% ABV)- West Coast STyle India Pale Ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin.♦ Fuzz Country Wheat Pale Ale (4.5% ABV)- Citrus, Melon and Green Pear Notes with cereal nose.
♦ WayBird Hazy IPA (6.5% ABV)- Crisp finsih with notes of Papaya and Mango.♦ P3 Dark Czech Lager (5.3% ABV)- A complex, well-rounded and smooth dark lager built for winter consumption.
♦ Tonal Range (8% ABV) - Northeast Hazy. Lower overall sweetness that allows the hops to shine bright and levels up the drinkability. Citra & Mosaic bring on tropical fruit, citrus and wild berries.
♦ Geo (5.5% ABV)- West Coast Pilsner by West Coast IPA and European Lagers, not really a lager but not really an IPA either. A unique beer built to traverse the stylistic globe.
♦ LULZ Blueberry Lemonade (5% ABV)- We took our LULZ lemonade hard seltzer base and added a splash of real blueberries for a bubbly winter treat. A little sweet and a little tart, this rich blue beverage is supremely drinkable and refreshing.COCKTAILS MENU
♦ Old Fashion Heated Cocktail- The Gold Rush Old Fashioned is a twist on two of our favorite bourbon drinks. A gold Rush is lemon, tea and honey and traditional Old Fashioned bitter with a touch of sweetness.

♦ Wytchwood (6.6 % ABV) - IPA with Colorado Spruce Tips, somewhat unfiltered but not truly hazy.
SUNDAYNOON WHISTLE BREWING
♦ Good Piebrations - Key Lime (6.5% ABV) - Blonde ale with citrusy, sharp aromas & biscuit character from malt providing the pie crust flavor. Tart key lime puree & vanilla blend nicely creating a graceful flavor.
