As President/CEO, Rudy Flores ensures that LSRCC meets its mission of driving economic growth of the Lincoln Square and Ravenswood business communities by engaging local businesses, advocating on their behalf, and providing resources they need to innovate.

As the Associate Director, Katie Kraus works closely with the small business community of Lincoln Square and Ravenswood, managing member benefits and business-to-business engagement.  Through a series of membership programs Katie helps market individual businesses to ensure their continued success and longevity in the community.

As the Director of Special Events, Nicole Benjamin is the leader of community events and fundraising efforts for LSRCC and its members.  Nicole manages all aspects of the organization’s signature events such as Apple Fest, Summer Concert Series, Winter Brew and Wine Stroll.  Special events exist to help promote participating businesses, while driving foot-traffic into the commercial corridors of Lincoln Square and Ravenswood.

As VP/Director of Community Development, Ian Tobin manages the business districts in Lincoln Square and Ravenswood. He does so by running the SSA, running special research projects, reviewing development, and all projects related to implementation of the 2019 Lincoln Square Master Plan. He also serves as our liaison to elected officials to advocate for our businesses.

Lisa Ripson, Principal of Ripson Group, develops strategic communication programs and manages media relations for LSRCC.  In addition, Lisa works with members of the organization to secure media opportunities highlighting the business community and special events.
