Lincoln Square Public Parking Lot Will Close For Construction Next Week

LINCOLN SQUARE — The parking lot at the northeast corner of West Leland and North Lincoln avenues will be closed to the public starting April 1.

The lot, which typically hosts the neighborhood’s farmers market, will remain closed through July as part of construction, according to Ald. Matt Martin’s (47th) office. 

The Chicago Department of Transportation will maintain pedestrian access along the east side of Lincoln and the north side of Leland during construction, along with protected access to the Western Brown Line station entrance, Martin’s office said in a statement. Read More Here.
