Bowmanville Metal Factory Hosting Limited Run Of Chekhov’s ‘Uncle Vanya’

‘BOWMANVILLE — A Bowmanville factory will reprise its role as a stage for innovative theater, this time serving as the fading estate in a new production of Russian playwright Anton Chekhov’s “Uncle Vanya.”
Director Spencer Huffman staged Caryl Churchill’s surreal play, “Far Away,” at Servi-Sure, 2020 W. Rascher Ave., last year, thanks to his friendship with factory owner and theater lover Chris Angus.
The success of that production led the pair to collaborate again, this time on a limited, four-week run of “Uncle Vanya.” Read More Here.
