Posy Goods Pop Up

My name is Christina, but some people call me Tina. I’m a Gemini, use she/her pronouns, an introvert, have a passion for fashion *insert Bratz theme song*, and a first-time mama to a beautiful baby boy. Before becoming a wife + mom, I worked with several Chicago nonprofits that focused on after-school youth programs. I love working with kids, however; I’m enjoying this new season of life, motherhood + allowing time for myself to be creative 

A little bit about my second “baby” posy goods:

Posy goods started last summer when I had my own little garden in the city. I've always loved growing flowers and cooking with them, and quickly realized I could do more if I preserved them. This opened up a whole new world to me: pressing flowers, making flower jewelry, and art. I’m self-taught, so learning everything has been trial and error. It doesn’t bother me. I love learning from my mistakes and imperfections and seeing the beauty in growing. Everything is created by me and is one-of-a-kind, with the idea that you can wear flowers all season long for any outfit. I am a huge advocate for sustainable practices where I can, like sourcing deadstock + vintage materials, plantable seed paper, etc. Never in my wildest dreams did I think posy goods would be a small business, but here we are, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you
