Join Chef Stephanie Johnston in welcoming the new year with a sweet and savory pies workshop at Good Company. A professional dinner party host and private chef, chef Stephanie aka “Chefanie,” will lead guests through a shareable cold-weather necessity: pies. From essential knife skills to taking out your aggression on some pie dough, this class is the perfect way spend a weekend with friends. Guests will prepare and enjoy two different individual pies, as well as a family-style seasonal salad for the group to enjoy together after the class. BYOB beer and wine. Before attending the club, make sure to read the book & feel free to bring your favorite dish from the book for a baked goods potluck.
