This workshop is for 2-year-olds and older, along with at least 1 caregiver.Nicole will engage the whole family in yoga poses and practices, weaving in playful poses and creative movement, including activities that you can revisit at home. This is a great opportunity to nurture your child's playful mind while learning and exploring yoga.Appropriate for strong walkers and older children.
