You will learn sustainable technicques to hold your florals in place to decorate your favorite area in your home.

Choose locally and ecologically grown, seasonal blooms from the BLOOM BAR and learn how to care for cut flowers to extend their life.

Instructor, Maru Braemer, is a local expert on sustainably and ecologically grown ornamental and native flowers! She is the founder of Monarch Beauty Farm, which combines the beauty of ornamental flowers and native plants to support the local wildlife. She offers stunning lower bouquets and arrangements that are sustainably and ecologically grown. All of her gardens are ecologically managed and local to the Lincoln Square and Albany Park neighborhoods. As her flowers are hyper-local they last much longer than commercial, store-bought alternatives.
