In today’s world, being overwhelmingly busy can often be a badge of honor. Yet it comes at a cost. You might find yourself exhausted, feeling stuck and worn out, impacting your health, your relationships, and time for yourself. Maybe you find that you have lost that "zest" and joy for life you once had, and generally feel out of balance?
Join Tiffany to nourish the body and refresh the mind at this in-person 90-minute Ayurvedic Yoga Workshop! You will practice a gentle & mindful Ayurvedic yoga therapy asana sequence, followed by breathwork, and a guided meditation infused with Reiki, leaving you balanced in flexibility of body & mind.
Just as everyone has a unique fingerprint, each person has a particular combination of physical, mental, and emotional characteristics which make up who you are, or your Dosha type. Many factors, both internal and external, can disturb this balance and leave us feeling fatigued physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In Ayurveda tradition, fall is known as Vata season. Vata dosha is the subtle energy associated with movement and is governed by the Space and Air element in nature. Come explore Vata dosha and learn more about how to connect with yourself!
