 The Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce is organized to focus attention and initiate action on the major issues affecting the economic well-being and quality of life in the area. We are a private, not-for-profit membership association supported by our membership and the City of Chicago, Department of Planning and Development. The policies and programs of the Chamber are determined by its membership through its Board of Directors. This Board, in turn, selects a paid full-time chief executive whose basic function is to organize and execute the Chamber's program of work. The chief executive assembles a professional staff to assist in supporting the membership. The Lincoln Square Chamber works through a number of committees and task forces. Members who participate in these committees and task forces have a direct impact on Chamber positions and have the opportunity to influence community action.
